The service
LivePair AI provides a real-time AI copilot for live sessions. The service is provided as-is; how you use it is your responsibility.
Accounts
You may be required to verify your email, sign in with Google, or verify a phone number. One account per person. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or reselling of access.
Credits & digital goods
Agent usage is metered against a prepaid credit balance. Credits are purchased via card (PayPal) or crypto payments and never expire. Credits already consumed by agent usage are consumed service and non-refundable; an unused credit balance is refundable within 60 days of purchase — contact support from your account email. Credits are a prepaid service balance: they are not an investment, carry no cash redemption value, and are not transferable between accounts. Live-session time is bought in minute packs that never expire: when a session ends — whether you stop it or it ends on our side — only the elapsed wall-clock time is spent and the undrawn minutes return to your pool automatically. Digital files (such as STEP files) are licensed for personal use: you may print and use the parts, but you may not redistribute or resell the files themselves. Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded.
Your data
We don't record or retain your screen, camera, or audio. Session media is processed for the session and discarded. We don't monitor or review what happens inside your sessions — what you do with the tool is up to you. You control the data we do hold: Settings → Privacy & data lets you export everything, erase the assistant's memory, and close your account at any time, without contacting support.
Acceptable use
No attempts to bypass regional availability, authentication, or payment controls; no scraping, credential sharing, or using the service to violate the terms of third-party platforms. Prohibited content: no sexualized minors (real or synthetic), no non-consensual intimate imagery or real-person likenesses, no content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity. Prohibited prompts are refused and accounts may be terminated.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivePair AI is not liable for session outcomes, lost opportunities, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
