What we collect
Account details you provide at sign-up (name, email, phone number when verification is enabled), authentication identifiers from Google sign-in, and technical metadata needed to run the service (IP-based region for availability, session tokens).
What we never see
Live session media — your screen, camera, and audio streams — is processed for the session and discarded; we do not record or retain it. We do not watch, review, or moderate what happens inside your sessions, and we do not police how you use the product. Chat transcripts you create are stored so you can resume them, and you can delete them with your account. Usage metering records token counts only — never the content of what was said or shown.
Your AI sessions
Chat runs on our managed infrastructure — you never touch an API key. We do not store your screen recordings or session audio on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment providers (PayPal / NOWPayments); we never see your card number or wallet keys.
People around you
Live sessions can capture whatever your camera and microphone point at — including other people. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to capture them: get consent where your local law requires it (in much of the EEA that means the people in frame or on the mic), and never aim a session at private spaces that aren't yours. We never see or store the stream, so consent is a duty only you can carry.
How we use data
To provide the service, prevent abuse, process payments, and send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts). We do not sell personal data and we do not use your session content to train models.
Advertising measurement
We load the Google tag on our site to measure how our ads perform (visits, sign-ups, purchases). In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, analytics and ads storage stay off until you accept them in the consent bar — declining changes nothing about how the site works. Google processes standard analytics data (pages visited, device/browser info, ad click IDs) under its own privacy policy. Session content — screen, camera, audio — is never sent to Google or any advertiser.
Your rights (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
You have the right to access, correct, export, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Settings → Privacy & data lets you download everything we hold on you as JSON, clear the assistant's memory, and close your account — no email to support required. You can also reach us at privacy@livepairai.com, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Legal bases & retention
We process account and session data to perform the service contract, billing records to meet legal obligations (tax and audit law), abuse prevention under legitimate interest, and analytics under your consent. Billing ledgers survive account closure as required by law; they key on an opaque account id that identifies no one once the profile is anonymized.
Sub-processors & international transfers
Service providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and edge), certified AI inference providers (SOC 2 / ISO 27001 — full list on request), Twilio (transactional SMS), Resend (transactional email), and our payment providers (PayPal, NOWPayments). Transfers outside the EEA rely on these providers' standard contractual clauses and adequacy mechanisms.
Regional availability
LivePair AI is available in most of the world — North America, Europe (incl. EEA/UK/Switzerland), East & Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Gulf, and Oceania. Some countries are excluded because applicable sanctions, export controls, or our AI providers' terms do not permit service there. We use your IP-derived country solely to determine availability; it is not stored long-term.
Data retention & deletion
Settings → Privacy & data gives you direct control: export your data, clear assistant memory, or close your account. Closing anonymizes your identity and deletes your content immediately; payment records are retained as required by tax law.
Private generation results
Images and videos you generate in Private mode are anonymous and private: results land in your browser's local library and are automatically deleted after 48 hours. We keep no server-side gallery of your prompts or results. Download anything you want to keep.
