What we collect

Account details you provide at sign-up (name, email, phone number when verification is enabled), authentication identifiers from Google sign-in, and technical metadata needed to run the service (IP-based region for availability, session tokens).

Your AI sessions

LivePair AI sessions run on API keys you control. We do not store your screen recordings or session audio on our servers. Billing and subscription status are processed by our payment providers (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy); we never see your card number.

How we use data

To provide the service, prevent abuse, process payments, and send transactional email (verification, password reset, receipts). We do not sell personal data and we do not use your session content to train models.

Regional availability

LivePair AI is offered in select markets. We use your IP-derived country solely to determine service availability; it is not stored long-term.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, sessions, and stored files from our systems. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.
