For consistent AI characters
Same face, every render — the consistency problem solved
Ask any AI-influencer builder what kills pages and they won't say demand — they'll say the face drifts. Consistency is a workflow, not a feature checkbox: locked description, one model, and image-to-image anchoring.
Why faces drift
Every text-to-image call samples a new face — that's how diffusion works, not a bug. The fix is narrowing the randomness: an exact, detailed description reused word for word, the same model every time, and seed discipline where the tool exposes it.
i2i is the anchor
Once you have a render that's HER, stop generating from scratch — run image-to-image off the approved image with your new scene described. The face carries; the pose, outfit, and backdrop change. That's how persona pages post daily without her mutating.
Video keeps the same face too
Image-to-video starts from a still — her still. A 5-second clip inherits the approved face instead of a model's coin flip, roughly $0.40 per clip on the same balance.
Write the character sheet once
Her description is a spec: face shape, eyes, hair, skin, build, signature details. Keep it word for word, change only the scene and wardrobe lines. Boring discipline — and it's the entire difference between a persona and a random-face generator.
Private, so the sheet stays yours
Her design spec is IP — there's no public feed for it to leak into, and renders auto-delete after 48 hours. The only place she exists is your page and your archive.
The anchoring workflow, step by step
- 1Write the character sheet — detailed, specific, kept unchanged
- 2Render until she's HER — keep the approved image as the anchor
- 3New scene = i2i off the anchor — face carries, everything else changes
- 4Video from her still — the clip inherits the approved face
- 5Iterate the wardrobe, not the identity — same person, new content
The consistency workflow
- →Character sheet — her spec, written once, reused word for word
- →One model — same line, every render
- →Anchor — i2i off the approved face for new scenes
- →Video — image-to-video inherits the same face
Where a consistent persona can sell
Consistency is what the paying platforms gate on — here's who takes a synthetic persona, per their own rules:
AI-friendly fan platform
AI personas welcomeThe default home for AI influencers — synthetic personas are explicitly welcome. The operator passes KYC, the persona stays virtual, AI content gets disclosed on the profile. Subscriptions + PPV + tips, ~80% payout, a built-in discovery feed, and an open API for the tooling layer.
Virtual-creator platform
AI allowed w/ conditionsNon-photorealistic virtual creators only — photorealistic AI is banned even when labeled. Anime and stylized personas fit; a fully realistic persona doesn't. Fans also can't interact with an unsupervised bot.
Mature-rated fan platform
AI allowed w/ conditionsMature-rated platform where AI content is allowed under a verified human owner — ID + banking review at onboarding, synthetic content clearly labeled, same prohibited-content rules as human creators.
Creator commerce platform
AI allowed w/ conditionsFan platform whose own terms acknowledge AI-assisted creator messaging — chatbots and automated replies on the creator's side are contemplated, under a verified human owner.
Fantasy-persona platform
AI allowed w/ conditionsFully synthetic mature-rated characters are allowed when clearly badged as AI fantasy personas — photoreal lookalikes and real-person likenesses are banned outright.
Clip marketplace
AI allowed w/ conditionsClip marketplace with real buyer traffic and sitewide search — but new AI-only accounts are restricted, so verify before building a persona on it.
Membership platform
AI allowed w/ conditionsAI content is permitted, but there are no PPV mechanics and almost no discovery — memberships without the sales machinery a persona page runs on.
Mainstream fan platform
AI personas blockedOn the largest platforms, AI is limited to the verified creator's own likeness — a fully synthetic persona can't pass verification the normal way. Don't build her there.
Anchor her face once, render her forever — images from ~$0.05, clips ~$0.40, credits from $5.
