What credits are not
Not an investment, not a security, not redeemable for cash, not transferable between accounts. Buying credits buys service usage — nothing else is promised or implied.
Refunds
Unused credit balances are refundable within 14 days of purchase — contact support from your account email. Used credits are consumed service and non-refundable.
